Our innovative technology is based on the unique idea of starting from primary raw material PCM, which can maintain a cooling temperature of 0 to -20 degrees for up to 6 hours, and processing it into balls measuring approximately 5 mm.
These PCM balls take advantage of their unique properties to absorb energy as they change from a solid to a liquid state. These changes occur naturally depending on the temperature of the surrounding environment, and the energy released during this process creates a cooling effect.
This PCM ball is placed in a 6mm diameter fiber pocket and then goes through a sewing process. This is the process of manufacturing various types of cooling items and is our differentiated technology. This technology can be used to manufacture a variety of products such as cooling vests, cooling eye masks, cooling hats, cooling blankets, and cooling pads. It can also be used to manufacture application products such as jackets and mats for pets.
PCM balls wrapped in fiber pockets provide a direct cooling effect without coming into contact with the user's skin, while also absorbing and reducing heat generated from the user's body. This allows users to stay cool for a long time. More importantly, these cooling items require no electricity or batteries and are reusable.
